Schedule

'The four-day schedule was a difficult thing to swallow at first. But when we compare how happy our children are and how confident we are that they are getting the best care possible, it was a pretty easy decision. I never imagined that my company would be supportive of a four-day work week, but they were. And, I've come to love the work-life balance it has provided for our family.' --Dee Scanlon, Hadley, MA
